Finally put TX6G in the log, 22:50Z

Working split 5 to 10 up.

Took a few calls to make the contact.

Surprisingly TX6G was also working some EU stations at 22:50Z**Jump_im**

They had quite the pile stacked up, I haven't attempted a split on the new radio, so I skipped that round.

Wavrider good one! Pileups are bad on the rare ones. I tried to work Vietnam this morning, the calls went on for 15-20 seconds after the station called qrz? At times he had worked his next Qso Before the callers stopped! Several stateside guys called repeatedly non stop! Very poor ops.
The guy in Vietnam should have controlled the situation by stopping Europe and working USA only or another area. The lack of control made the pile up worst, later there was deliberate QRM due to frustration? Or guys just being asses.
I stopped by multiple times it never got any better
Listened to a Latvia operator correct a couple EU station calling while he called for USA this morning, asking if they had moved there countries....and did not work them after they answered....so working out of turn didn't get them the dx.
5-10 Splits and good control seem to me to be a real plus for both callers and dx

Make that 0050 the following morning.

:P i need to stop posting when I have been awake for over 24 hours and then drink a cup of coffee before I post again the next day.

After 23 years military service you would think I would know what the time is :(
