I guess I have two questions on this one:
What is this "apparent lighting device" they mention (they don't clarify that)? Was this "lighting device" legally purchased from a brick-and-mortar store?
Isn't a $16,000 per day fine a bit (okay, very much) excessive?
I can understand the FCC's frustration that the resident hasn't responded (in writing) to them, but why haven't they knocked on the individual's door and attempted to resolve the situation? They sure as hell do if it's determined that a radio transmitter is the issue.
