I said it before and I'll say it again. Want to see what a bunch of paid liars these HAARP mouthpieces are? Ask them anything specific regarding Dr. Eastlund's pattent and they are forced to shut down 100%.

I can not claim to understand what the patent says, or completely comprehend how they use the system. But I will say this, anyone who knows process systems and experimental systems will agree that the people who say it can not be done, should not get in the way of the people who are doing it. After all, the end user is the ultimate expert. Does this not apply in this situation?

I noticed that this was NOT an Issue with those who had been RIOTING & LOOTING for over 10 months across AMERICA & video & photos showed many of those groups of THUGS using BAOFENG & other HT's for communications so they could BURN,LOOT, & MURDER across the country.It had to get really Close to them before anyone cared? I guess their eyes were finally removed from behind their Blinders.There are still groups of THUGS in some cities doing the same as they have been for a year or more but little or nothing is being done because they support the Agenda.

Most of the patent's claims are above my pay scale, but it looks like typical "kitchen sink" patent language. Throw in every possible angle to your claim. You don't have to prove they'll all work. Or any of them, for that matter.

Color me skeptical, even if I can't just quote you off the cuff just how many terawatts of juice you need to cause any real mischief. More of them than HAARP's got.

Now, if you took the Duga-3 array and laid it on its back pointing straight up? You would still need to come up with a not-yet-exploded nuke plant to power it.

That is an extremely valid point. The claims of the devices ability do indeed sound like something from a high budget science fiction movie....but....any of us with a decent amount of RF theoretical knowledge do know just how much juice we're talking about. Something WAY above the "Philadelphia Experiment" level. Different organizations have been making wild claims forever. Including our own government. Would you think they would leave the actual patent for a device like that just lying around for someone to view and download at their leisure if it really did what it claimed?? No sir....sorry...would not happen. It was left public to falsely convince a portion of society that is IS real, so it will make them look greater than they are. With the total population of the country reaching numbers higher than ever....creates quite an intimidating factor, even for the government. They MUST create something that they want everyone to believe that THEY control, that is intimidating and scary enough to possibly control US. Maintaining order through fear, and intimidation. And what better way than to make us believe they can cut off all our forms of communication....across the globe...underwater and all....and then wipe us out with a super storm akin to the movie "Day After Tomorrow". Sorry....can't do it. Next thing they'll be trying to convince us that they will enforce all "non conformers" with an army of clones, or mind control waves. There's already extremists who believe that they're "microchipping" us with the Covid vaccine. Sorry....just can't go there. Why?....because they want me to.....

Another valid point is that if HAARP couldn't do most of the wild things claimed in the pattent, it is unlikely that the expensive installation would have been copied and built again, in at least a half dozen other known locations, also operated by the US, China and Russia.
