FL2100B cloudy tubes?

Unless the cloudiness wasn't there before you first fired it up, I wouldn't worry. When tubes are manufactured there is something called a getter that burns off any remaining air inside the tube when it is fired up for the very first time. when the getters burn, they can leave some residue behind.

Tested each cap bank. Very well matched.
(ESR reads about double because the extra leads I added to the tester)

Anyone know if I should use 220K 2W resistors or 100K 3W?
