Well, lets see, AFTER he started this thread he did get the radio which was owed to him.
Would he have gotten it otherwise? Dunno, but seems unlikely... Will this post help him get the rest of his gear? Again, no idea, would hope so. Either way I don't feel the post was a waste of bandwidth, If nothing else it may prevent someone else from having these headaches....

Freecell is a capable tech and probably better than 90% out there. Your "bring that swing" and other comments are proof of RZD's ignorance in this matter.
Freecell has people problems is not the best business man. It won't be the first time you have an excellent tech who is bad at people skills and business practices.
I had to wait almost 7 months to get MY equipment back from Freecell. I had to threaten mailorder fraud (federal offense) in order to finally get my equipment back from him. I was persistant and I finally got my stuff.
My experience taught me to never do business with freecell ever again. His badmouthing of me on other forums was proof of his lack of people skills, but that doesn't change the fact that he is an excellent tech.

Master Chief, this is now TWO threads that I find in violation of the site's principles of "courtesy and respect toward others" in the same day.
The emerging trend of ingnoring this requiremnet will force me to continue to call offenders out and make a public examples of.
This forum is about helping others and having fun with the radio hobbies, not about public attacks and name calling.
