FTM350 no audio on main band

New to this forum and request some help understanding why my FTM350 has no audio on the main band in both dual and single receive modes.

Description: Have known repeater configured on both the left and right side. On any memory slot the radio only plays audio on the non-main band. The only way it will play audio on the main band is when the squelch is wide open. Yet when the same repeater is not the main band it plays audio with the squelch set at open + 3. The non-main band audio works as it should on both the left or right side.

Upgraded the firmware from 1.2 to 1.6 and the problem remained after a full reset.

Any recommendations for correcting would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have the TNC/APRS set to always use the main band with the APRS squelch turned on? That would cause what you're describing.

Thank you... I checked/changed settings but no change.

do you have APRS on? when monitoring 2m, APRS likes to TX and mutes main RX.
