Galaxy 959 no transmit

I did not read all the threads, but is the radio going into transmit mode? does the TX light come on? is the microphone wired correctly? just a couple of basic tips...........

The mic is a cobra one I had around that I knew was working. Yes tx light switches.

Radio is still acting like it has a bad final. Kinda stumped here.

Could be lots of things . Pre-driver . Bias resistors open . I really don't like the fact that someone deliberately removed the shorting plate . Definitely not a good sign .
