This is Unit# 46 repaired in the last 6 weeks while working another full-time job!! Wow for me. Anyway, this is one that was done for a WWDX member which I will not mention.

Hey OT,
I put it in the shack to check it out and it is working great! I talked to someone in NJ on 38lsb and got great reports. Thanks OT for fixing it up and thanks for fixing the top cover. The guy I got it from had glued the radio into his console with RTV silicone. I guess he just gooped it on and slapped it in there. Now the radio looks good enough to keep in the shack. Haha. The price to repair is extremely reasonable and you could probably charge more. I have another radio that I will be sending you soon.

Just a little bump, I always enjoy talking on this radio. I have the power knob turned down and run it with a KL203 kicker. Always get good reports.

my pornografic 99v is used on all bands n get many replys working off my A99 about 45 ft above my roof.used to have it in my t 600 when i was gone over nite
