gound noise

I used the snap on type, Radio shack and other electronics places carry them. Radio shack's prices are a little high, though. I just snapped a couple over each plug wire, and lined the coil wire with it.

Man, that sounds like a project. Maybe you can just wrap the whole engine compartment in a few wraps of copper foil and call it good. <img src=http://www.wwdx.org/smilies/posticon46.gif ALT=":46">



That's when you just go buy the Clearspeech speaker. It's not the end all solution, but it really does work pretty good.

From Positive to Negative, as close to the pump as you can get. You might have to play with the value of the cap a little, but that's really all there is to it.

noise

i have had the same problem with my wifes hyundia ihear a whine only on the tx when we r movin and it changes with rpm i put a noise filter inline with power leads all ground are in same place as the alternator and batterys .Ihear the noise with antenna unpluged but onlywhen i tx none on rx only thing it could be is plug wires but they were replace not too long ago???? i 'm strumped people tell me they here the wineing noise during my tx as well :?:
