How much RF energy is produced every day? radio.TV stations, hams, militiary, pirates, ship/shore airplanes, even your dinky 100 miliwatt wifi router, all conneced devices, doorbells and other radio controled devices car openers, and that list goes on and on.
Lots more as HAARP will ever beam up.
And no, i don't do conspiracy theories, how well they are presented...

Did you consider not a single RF source you mention, has the capacity to direct a fraction of this energy at the ionosphere? I am not promoting any theory. I am attempting to inform people about Dr Eastlund's patent for HAARP. Label the inventor a conspiracy theorist if it makes you feel better.

Don't hang yourself up about patents with no proven outcome till now, except some speculation.
Do you have any idea how much the Russian radar beamed over the horizon into the atmosphere?
Ever seen the directive antenna system on that?

I'm well familiar with this 10 Megawatt over the horizon radar system, and remember the sound it use to make on HF. It had nothing close to the 3.6 Gigawatts of HAARP and did not focus its RF on the ionosphere. HAARP is 360 times more powerful than the Duga Radar and points up, not out.
