I feel your pain brother, most of those knuckleheads are from this general vicinity, and I know what they are like....

you can take out all the ones with Quebec license plates that you want but give the ones from Nova Scotia a second chance.

Amen to that....we used to get a lot of those Quebec plates around here, thank God they all go to Wildwood now.......

You can request one, if you don't they upgrade your license, but leave your call as is.

I started off as KB2GIH, when I made Tech I requested a new call and got N2ITH, had that for damn near 20 years. Upgrade to General in January and left my call sign as is because I had planned on applying for a vanity.....
