Hang on to those CB Radio Box's!

I'm still betting what happened was the guy that was second highest bidder probably tried to back out of the deal, once he realized there was no radio, and the seller wouldn't let him off the hook...

So all the guy would have to do, is open a New account, then place a high bid, and not pay...This way his new account would take the negative feed-back hit, and his regular account would be OK....
 
could be auction software ware to. my sniper program will automatically bid if i lose out on another auction. the buyer may not even have opened the auction page.
