Well, guessing this considering you can buy 80 watts 2-meter radios NIB for about $130.
I sold a TE systems brand 2-meter version several years ago the same power ratings for $50.00.
So tough call since that one would have to be opened up and tuned for the Ham bands.
New price for those 20+ years ago was crazy like $400...but almost Zero demand for that frequency range nowadays, as most business and public safety usage has moved to 700-900 MHz range.
Best usage for that would be a Ham with an old 10-20 watt FM rig, give a nice little boost mobile or on base.
