Hi all i am looking for good Base Antenna

I read a decent review on this Sirio 827 antenna. Not a lot of people contributed to it, but it was positive. One said that he used on 40 meters with a tuner and said it did it very well. I don't know about that; some have said that the IMAX can be used on 20 meters.
Let us know how well it works for you.
Some details would be nice.

:confused1: Marco V-5000 Base Antenna or Sirio S-2016 Ground Plane or SIRIO 827

IMO all of the antennas you selected are likely about the same, but height, soil, and topography in the area where you live can play a very important role in antenna effectiveness. If you live in the US, buying American made is always a first, best, idea.

What are the conditions of the surface area where you live and how high can you go? What state and area of the state generally do you live or can you describe the soil conditions around your area?

.

soil 20% clay Maryland 40 to 70 feet height am looking at Sirio S-2016 Ground Plane :confused1:

Good heights for the 5/8 wave. IMO these bigger antennas work very well in areas with poor, very poor, to extremely poor soil conditions.
