I watched a video of a father letting his little girl operate his radio a few years back. I left a comment on the video and noticed ol' Burt left one as well.

He was basically bragging that his own little girl was a better operator. The guy is an ego maniac, asshole and suffers from illusions of grandeur on a massive scale.

Burt is a tool of the 5th degree.
