Agreed, hence my previous post. There is a reason governments spend that kind of money on R&S products. A few miles away there is a naval communications station transmitter site and they are using three 3-30MHz R&S rotatable log periodic arrays as part of their arsenal.Most of their fixed arrays are R&S as well.
