well done bejo:thumbup:
its been many years since i last talked to indonesia, there was a lady in jakarta that talked into england often back in the 1980's,
i hope to hear your java station some day in dx.

Bejo,

Great news glad to see the coil worked out for you.

You got a 5-9 into Jakarta?

I got a 5-5 in to Jakarta running 1.5 Kw into a tribander at 80 feet on 14 mhz:ohmy: And took a long time to get through the West coast pileup.

Glad to hear you are transmitting and recieving so well.

What is the bandwidth of the omni? 2:1 swr curve?

Congrats on all the had work paying off and good DX.

Dear Mr wavrider

The Badnwidth is Very Nice iam almost can transmit well on 27 Mhz

27.015.00 VSWR is : 1:1.5 and on the 27.705.00 VSWR is 1:1.5

is very nice and the Power is less for losses... but is now for antenna higher is 5 meter from ground, and 1 meter from Concrete floor, no Connection grounding from earth...

but iam allready trial race with some one is 50 : 50 but he is use height 12 meter from ground and power is almost 150 Watt...

oh nice hear you can communication with Jakarta .....hope can comunicated with me.... :)

and power is wonderfull 1.5 Kw

some time i need schematic to make by self

thanks for your attention

Bejo.

Sounds great on the antenna, bandwidth is god and seems according to your antenna races that you are doing real well even if not to high in the air.

Glad to see all your effort paid off and you have a very efficient antenna to go to the "races" with.

If the propagation works that way we can hopefully contact you, the solar cycle is on the upward swing again so one never knows where it will go to.

So with the 5/8 wl built what is the next project?

Take care and have fun.

Dear Mr Wavrider

Thanks for your support me to ask next project ....

the next project is i want calculate my Cable...

actualy the whole project is want make effeciency our station

i mean with low power output with maximum transmitt

so for the next i want calculate my cable .... do you have formula for cable ?

for upgrade height antenna from 5 meter to 11 meter from ground i still thinking about lightning .... i am worry about safety for lightning ...any advice about lightning system ?...

thanks for your kind attention
