Fema suggests that people keep 3 days of food and water on hand at all times. But as we are witnessing, the survivors of Helene have been two weeks and FEMA response has been basically non-existent. And the authorities have been actively preventing citizens from giving aid.... Thankfully the National Guard has just been deployed so hopefully people will get the help they need.
Sorry, Ukraine and illegals only, not to mention the Muslim countries that get millions...still.
