Did you see a difference in swr between 22' 5" and 22' 6"?

I really don’t recall.

Wow you guys are great at providing info! I’m going to try to get it set up this weekend. I’m going to set it up on a short mast out in the field. Hopefully I can get a reasonable swr before standing it on 40’ of mast on the roof

Mine is set to 22’ 5” from the bottom of the bracket to top of radiator.

I was wrong about measurements from radial plate to top of radiator. I should have said 21’ and 5”.

Yes, they are 105” as well.

Well I got it all together and up in the air! I followed Alexis numbers of 21-5 from the radial plate to the tip, radials at 105” SWR is 1:2 to 1 on 40 and 1:1 to 1 on channel 1 I’ll take it!! Thanks for all the information. This is a great group on here!

Once up and running I will be looking to see what you think of this antenna.

I got it done and reports are all good. Transmit and receive have both improved over the big stick type antenna that I was using.

Well I must say the antenna is doing a great job! Great reports and it’s holding SWR 1:2 -1 to 1:1 to 1 Can’t ask for any better!
