See that "ripple" in the metal on the broken tube? That is from overheating, being driven to hard, or operating in a "mis-tuned" condition. (pick any combination for causes)
The Center tube in the "Lite" picture is showing the same deterioration (bits of lite showing thru on the sides)
Those could not have been New tubes, or they would not show that deterioration in the short time you have been testing it.

CW Mode: You need a "key" or CW paddles in the correct jack and "brk-in" enabled to make it "key" ... When you close the contacts on the straight Key the transmitter should operate. A momentary switch will work also, as long as the switch or "key" is wired per manual.
Just FYI

PS: The 6kc AM filter needs to be installed for AM operation...I did not realize this at the time...
My rig had all the filters installed when I bought it...so doing some reading the AM TX error is the result apparently of not having that filter installed and enabled via the menu.

The heater is ready. Again thank you BJ, radionut, and Justme. Everything is working as intended, I’m going to try and get a new matching tube set.

Radio - Amp
20w - 200w
30w - 325w
40w - 375w
50w - 410w
60w - 430w
