To ground? Filament voltage should be around 5 volts, measured across the two pins...loaded or unloaded

The top section of your DC plate choke, has arced and and fused together. It is visible, with black carbon deposits on the porcelain insulater, in the middle picture of the post I responded to, when you blow it up.

Wow! Great catch Shockwave! I missed that not blowing up the picture. The top section of windings is melted(fused) together, that's a flamethrower waiting to happen.

the amp running ok with 65 watts it does 700-1200 pep the parasitic coils are ok now, now there is some oscillation. the problem was cold or bad weld on the filament cables on both end, now mechanic and weld new silicon cables,new C3,C23 and clean the antenna relay. thank you for the help

Next it my Al-811 same problem I need new parasetic board for 3 valves if you have one let me know please

That board has been completely redesigned, for the 3 and 4 hole 811 series. Ameritron has them, be careful when removing old as the Plate Choke windings are soldered directly to the bottom side of the copper plate, thus if you take that loose to replace you'll pull windings off the plate choke and cause possible damage. The newer style Plate Choke (same as AL-1200 Al-1500 parts) the top of the windings are terminated to the top mounting screw location, thus will not come unwound from the choke form when replacing the parasitic choke board.
Just FYI... yours looks like the old style connection parts before the line upgrade change was made.

PS: Ameritron has changed the Plate Blocking Cap also leading from the choke to the tank circuit, would suggest you get that also. (voltage size upgrade, if I remember correctly)

I can’t find the board for the Al-811 but I going to put everything back like factory but I going tu try 5 turn on the coil to test for the 10/11 meter issue
