Icom IC-7000 External Display help?

I'm shopping for a External Display.....
I found this one at walmart: Walmart.com: Sylvania 7" Portable LCD TV, SRT702A: TV & Video

it needs to be thin to be able to Mount it here where the lighter is sitting:

so if anyone reading this has one or used one on there base or mobile, you have any ideas on a 7" HD TV display let me know. thanks

some day i will buy a nice touch screen display local am/fm gps stereo.....to replace that huge cd am/fm player.

Search QTH.COM. There is a guy that sells a display for the 7000. It might work for what you want.

for the price it seems a decent monitor, I could not find a manual online to see what it uses for video input. It does include a cable that I bet plug into the monitor and then has rca plugs, which with that adapter cable you looked at in a previous post would work.

Search on ebay, there is a guy on there who has been selling um for a long time with great feedback. In fact he is listed on eham reviews for his monitor.

yes iv been looking at that one but it looks like the back is ROUNDED, it needs to be flat. so it can be mounted where i want it with out a distraction when driving. im waiting for the seller to send me a message back about it as he is out of town at the moment. the website that was posted: http://www.eham.net/articles/12962 does me absolutely no good. thanks tho
