Imax 2000 GPK

I installed the horizontal dipole on my tower yesterday.
It is only 20ft up on the tower due to my fear of heights. I have it positioned for East/West TX/RX.
So far I have had better luck with my Imax 2000 for DX. The dipole is defiantly quieter than the Imax.
I have made a few contacts with the dipole to the west coast. I also talked to a station around 50 miles west of me. He was on a flat-side 3 element beam. I noticed a big increase in signal when I switched to the dipole vs the Imax 2000.
I will need to get the dipole up higher on the tower so it is around 40ft.
Right now on 38 LSB I'm getting the United Kingdom better on the Imax 2000 than the dipole.
The Imax is 72ft to the tip vs the Dipole at 20ft.

You will need to get it higher to see better performance. Notice the less distinct radiation pattern of the .25ƛ and .5ƛ height compared to the 1ƛ height of the dipole in the graphic. Even more interesting is the maximum radiation elevation angle of the higher one over the lower.

Looks like my signal is going in all directions at close to .5 wave lenght.
