Unbelievable !! Well after a day of stewing about this crap I decided not to take this lying down.

The buyer tinkered with the microphone causing it to not work as stated in the other thread.

To get his money back he plainly made a false statement by initiating a claim saying the item was not as described.

So I ring eBay up and ask to file an Appeal to the case seeing as ..... item was tampered with and buyer made a false statement, and did not return the item in the original condition as received, which is a requirement to getting a refund.

The CS Agent ON THE SPOT offered to REFUND ME the FULL amount of the transaction, which was $128, and I keep the mic as is to resell again or whatever I want to do - AND they are going to investigate the New Jersey fucktard as he apparently has other suspicious past activity.

Wow, me feels a little better right now !

Unfortunately there are a lot of fucktard sellers that know that too.

Glad to hear it! I've always pretty much stayed away from ebay for radio stuff, because I just seem to always get burned on used equipment. Between the thieves and the shipping companies that damage or lose my packages, it is a gamble I just won't really make any more.
