Have recently got this oldie (12volt) info below came from face plate:

TX 200 solid state Palomar Electronics corporation
BI LINEAR amplifier Escondido , California

Has four white power transistors :
CTC
TX 100
P380
I need to know the ratings of these pills and how much amps one would need on my power supply and what output I would see on the output in avg or Peak ?
Thanks for any info on this old anchor amp and if anyone has a top cover I would pay for one ?
Thanks

Older class C no bias palomar amp. Probably used the TRW transistors before they went obsolete. Give it a good 20-25 amps. (closer to 25 to keep the poor power supply from screaming under load especially if you're using a radio off of the same source)

Use it on AM, it may sound OK on SSB because these were push pull and not "Deep" into class C, BUT they aren't hot SSB performers.
