80/40 have been good. Alot of 'nets' through out the day.
you need a duplexer.,one ant in 2 out one goes to vhf the other goes uhf
thats how i got my kenwood set up. it switches automatically
Don't forget CW and about 50 different digital modes. Then you need soundcard interfaces, TNC connections, straight key or paddle. Then you need an assortment of chokes and baluns, tuners, etc.Yikes! There's no end to it! LOL.
And I need a studio mic. Foot remote. Headphones.
Pan-whatever with full color waterfall display. Radio dedicated PC. Lighted On-The-Air sign. Linear. ( feeling dizzy).
For now am going to stick to 10, 6, and 2 meters.
And see if I can figure D-STAR out.

I stumbled on PSK 31. I like it. The program came with my logging software so I gave it a try.Any of that digital stuff worth me looking into?
