I haven't moved the blue wire yet - time didn't permit.
The radio is a loud talker with just a stock mic.

I DON'T LIKE THE 94 OR THE 98V .. I DON'T LIKE THAT MOSFET DESIGN...
THE 92 WAS GOOD , DON'T KNOW WHY THEY STOPPED MAKING IT
Oh I have no reason not to trust you or 99% of the people here but statements like that should catch everyone's attention.
Anytime someone in a position of power uses the fact that they hold that position as a reason they should be trusted, alarms should immediately go off.
My intentions for saying it were not to abuse authority; but to point out that I've already had a previous radio deal on this forum before this appointment. I can remove it if you find it offensive...
This galaxy is a nice radio. If it doesn't sell - I'll just have to keep it and use it. I have a SBE Console II w/Sitronix VFO and a SBE power/desk mic that I will also be selling soon. Along with some other little gems I've collected...

I would never want anyone to remove anything, that would go against everything I believe in.

I just wished i was around when Rob had that AR-3500 for sale ( Best darn radio i ever had ) oh well as they say a day late an a dollar short.
If the radio in question already does 150 watts out, you will have to go to a 300 watt radio before anyone hears or sees any difference. Going to a radio that does 10 or 20 or 50 extra watts wont make any noticeable difference.

I know someone with one for sale..... its the 30 watt unit tho....
but i would imagine someone out there has modified a 30 w into a 100w or more or at least knows how.
How much would the 30w and the 100w radios be worth if they were in good condition?
