Try it ! It will either work, or it won't. If it doesn't work but has the correct plug then you can just rewire it so it does work..........

Never encountered a mic with a relay ! Though one could exist I suppose......
What there is that does matter it that some older radios have a relay to switch between tx and rx and newer radios use transistor switching. Some older power mics had a switch so they could be used with either system........
That Teaberry radio likely has a relay; you can easily check if you pop the cover off..
