frequencies. Why is there a 10.242 @ X2? D4 and D5 jumpered?! D53 shorted, D46 and D47 shorted?! Diode @ base of Q43 shorted!?
Carrier insertion points when @ 10.695 & 10.692 are no where near the same distance from center of the filter and when adjusted so they are are no where near the same distance (db) down the slope. Salt to taste ?!

This reminds me of a story an old timer tech in a radio shop told me. He said when single speaker radios were most common and stereo was still something new the shop he worked in used to get a lot of stereos in with complaints that the left channel didn't work, when he asked the customers how they had the balance set they would always reply "it's turned all the way up".
