Looking for a 6+ Pill BASE Amp

Hey DX land I recently "lost" my 8 pill base amp to a so called technician (long story) but she isn't coming home ;( I'm looking to buy / trade or a little of both for a new solid state base amp (1kw is h) Like a lot of people I'm on a budget so please no extremely high dollar items but I know you get what you pay for so I'm not looking for a cheapie either !

I will fire her up and give you a status report asap , I got it with 8-10 radios in a big box of goodies . I know she is extremely pretty with great chrome top bottom and face and it talked and received well last time I fired it up , pretty sure its 120v AC and 12v DC hookup but will update with more info when I get a few mins in the shack .

Curious about that old courier..

Hey Pepperedchicken , I went over the Courier Classic III . I found the stock red button mic as well as the AC power cord (no DC) sorry . I put it on the Dosy bc I only have a hundred watt slug for the Bird and its doing 2.5 swinging 5.5 watts on AC power with good sound reports and really nice clean receive . The chrome is not perfect but very mirror like with the only real blistering being one spot on the bottom . Very slight scratching from being stacked but still beautiful . Its got the original mounting bracket , stickers on the bottom intact and there is still wax in the TVI adjustment on the back panel! Screws look untouched to me so I don't think its ever been opened . All buttons and switches including sliders and mic have been cleaned with no noise . They are priced from $30-179 on ebay(who knows) so I would rather just swap it for a newer untouched radio . A Cobra 29 , A Bearcat 880-990 ,Low watt Galaxy something along those lines rather than sell it outright . Or Im wiling to take a cash offer if you don't have a trade .I can send you a video of it operating if you message me .
