I bought the PDF direct from Sam's some years ago.. looks like Brandon has you covered tho. If what you need isn't in there, I can upload the PDF for that radio.
edit: I had 2 copies, the first they sent was too dark so I asked them to rescan the document and they obliged. I've included both.
