M-650FR?

Need help to identify an old amplifier (Mobile) The only markings are M-650-FR It's a 9 transistor amplifier with remote head,Not sure what the pill size is they are covered with a ground strap all i can see is ST..Has off on receive amp high medium and low on the remote head am/ssb.about 15 inches front to back and 6 inches wide.Pics soon...any help appreciated ..

One of the better built cb style amps.
M650fr, so it is a full remote and ST would be ST Microelectronics, 2SD1446 transistors.
