Made my first Italian contact on 11 M

So I turn on the radio this morning and 38 LSB is packed. I call out, make a contact or two in Washington state, then I get asked to QSY to 27.350....went there and ended up chatting with an individual named Giancardo in northern Italy.

Pretty cool to make my first Italian contact on 11 meters.

Giancarlo is one loud chopper. When conditions opened up, I got him here down in Hawaii :blink:

It's been a zoo on 38 lsb for sure. Ol 4444 out of Cali is on everyday, today I talked with Germany in the mobile on the way home from Wisconsin to Florida. Made a few England contacts as well, it was so packed up, makes for some fun dx'ing.
