MAN-MADE IONISPHERIC EXCITATION

I've always had some reservations about the ability of HAARP to control the weather. I'm not a meteorologist but I'm pretty sure that there's a whole lot more to the weather than what ionospheric conditions contribute.

HAARP's whole point is to explore the ionosphere and manipulate it.. that part of it fascinates me. There could, at least theoretically, be a time someday when propagation conditions are controlled by man instead of nature.

Ever wonder where the strange world-wide weather patterns are coming from ?? Or why there is great dx without any sunspot activity ?? check this out

fascinating subject, more conspiracy theories about haarp than just about anything else involved with radio (especially since chernobyl no doubt made it a tad uncomfortable for the operators of the duga 3 array (russian woodpecker, othr).

one things for sure, random amounts of technology liberated by the us govt. from nikola tesla are definately at work in alaska. tesla in himself is even more fascinating than haarp.

We have had great DX during periods of no sunspot activity before HAARP was even conceived.

Lots of conspiracy theories about HAARP I agree but they are just that. Theories. It is what it is and as long as it doesn't QRM me I'm fine.

Lets see..............I wonder if the Jewish, Masonic, Skull and Bones group is actually in control of H.A.A.R.P.

Where is Jesse Ventura when you really need him?
