Mike got a ham ticket and said shiitake mushroom on CB. Seems he doesn’t want to mingle with the outcast crowd anymore… idk.

He can be found crying bout the FCC ignoring his complaints about CB’ers… shame when it was CB that made him.

But let’s not forget the hive of scum that attacks shops, sooner or later it seems they get tired of it and fade into the distance. That could be the bigger reason you don’t see him or hear a peep from him now.

I've had Mike doing my stuff for years. Must sent him 5 or 6 expensive Yaesus to repair. Time out to time back was never more than 10 days, prices were excellent and work was top notch. No, I doubt VERY much he screwed anyone.

I emailed him once to do my Lincoln, he got back to me right away. This was a few years back. Anyway I never sent it to him, I ended up sending to roger bird. I did email him a couple times shortly after he quit posting. I told him I really enjoyed his videos and why he quit. I got no reply.

Exactly. That was not my intention at all. I think Mike is an extremely upstanding guy, does EXCELLENT work and very reasonable prices. I just would like to know what happened.

Well I wasn’t trying to make a big bowl of salty cornflakes… I’m just telling the truth. I always admired Mike cause of his work, the guy is good at what he did.

But reporting CB guys to the FCC is the truth, I could really care less if he does or doesn’t. It’s not like the FCC gives a flip, he’s admitted that in postings where he’s complained that they’ve done nothing and given no response to him.

There’s numerous threads/postings to be found where people claim to have sent in radios and never heard a word about them. I can’t speak fact as to whether or not they never received their radio back. I’d hope they did but who really knows.

Matt from “The Radio Garage” in PA does some nice work. Check out his vids on YT. I sent a my old HH to him and unfortunately it was beyond repair but he notified me and shipped it back at no charge. I want to send him my Cobra next. Anyways check him out!!
