The antennas are great. One of the preditor mounts already stripped out though.

Can where you mount the antennas make -a- difference? Sure. But usually not enough to worry about, or that can't be compensated for. All things considered, I doubt it 16" difference in separation is going to make much difference.

Another good working truck antenna is the immortal. Its shorter then the 10k, it will have more wind stress. Several truckers have used them in this are and have had excellent results. You will need a strong mount. down fall is if the exhaust is just behind the door, you may have tunning issues.
