Mode switch for Cobra 2000?

Have you had a chance to unsolder that orange wire from the switch yet?
That will go a LONG way towards whether or not the switch segment is FOR SURE bad.....

If you unhook the orange wire from the switch....and the PIN IT WAS SOLDERED to comes up in voltage.....then the stuff on the orange wire is pulling it down.

Yea sorry. There’s no voltage at the pin or the wire when unsoldered. In any mode.

Okay, if you can........ one more picture.......

I'd like it to be "from the back" of the switch as much as you can.....
in other words..... with the shaft pointing "directly AWAY from you" so the the camera is looking straight at the back of the switch.....THEN..... as close as you can get......
