I had ROUGHLY the same frame on a 69(?) 50... Same horizontal cylinder, tank, etc..., except it wasn't "tube" forks. The were stamped steel, with a lever arm spring, just like the Flying Nun used to have. in fact we had two... A 3 speed and a 4 speed. I was the terror of La Verne "orange grove cross" against the 3hp Taco mini bikes...
There are no bad pic's when it was an old friend. I'm sure the chrome had something to do with that photo . I forgot my 2nd bike
