My last 2 stroke was a 1973 RD250, the foundation for what evolved into the RZ's. The RD350 was a bored out 250 with disk brakes and the 6th gear unlocked. Wish I kept that one, paid $500 for it and it only had 6k miles. This was in 2007.
I want to find a 500cc Suzuki, 2 cylinder 2 stroke streetbike that went by a couple names and prefixes through the 60's and 70's. Cobra, T500, GT500...

Had a GT250 was a fun little bike till I hit a deer with it..still have my 1988 rz350 and a 1996 RMX 250 and a 2000 CBR 929RR.

I prefer 2 strokes, had a 1987 Quadracer also but the YZ490 I had at 19 was just brutal

Had an '82 GPz550 with a Bassani 4 into 1 when I met my wife in 1982. Sorry I ever sold it (for only $1000.) ... hardly paid for our kitchen cabinet doors :doof:

I really miss that bike, it was a lot of fun. I'd like to find another nice one some day ... the CBR 600 was OK, but I'd rather have another Kawi :w00t:

I Got to ride bill's 550 on the way home from oregon for about 100 miles, Even with all the crap he had on the bike it still handled great. I could only imagine that bike on a tight road course.

I remember riding my friends YZ490. Thing was crazy fast and a blast to ride.

I got my YZ 490 in 1985 and I pretty much you can do to the bike done already. I love it!

I picked up a Honda XL 250 R from a high school buddy. It was to clean not to buy it has less then 600 miles on it.
