My AR3500 100Watt Radio

These are my two AR3500 100watt mobiles. Bob at CB Bobs did a refurb plus installed the SP-1a Speech Processor and a Battery Back Up. Took a year to get these serviced. One of these will go in my 402 BB 1970 Chevy C10.

I almost bought one about 20 yrs ago when I bought a new 2970 from the shop that had it. They are some sweet talkers Good luck with them.
 
The AR3500 has strong modulation and clear audio as one of it's best features. It's a well designed and crafted set... better than Galaxy, President, RCI and other exports of its day. I own one as well.

rodger doger ive tested many sets up like u listed i always liked the fact
the 3500 always had less noise then any thing ive tested.less noise=better recieve
which imho makes a good radio
