Looks like the J. Evetts Haley Ranch, though I suspect it’s more south & west.

Once you hit light such as that, El Capitan, is a landmark however far away one is located.

By Sun Valley area. Yes real county road frontage and power lines.

Perc test in about 2 weeks.

NC property to retire to, AZ to retreat from that.

County allows containers dropped or shed under 200 sq ft with no permitting.

Or just get a Perc and Septic and park an RV.

Well we could have been neighbors ? I sold my 4ac in Camp Verde , about 20-30 mins from Sadona @ 4 years ago , still trying to figure out why ? Property abutted State Land . So based on my QTH elevation of like 5500ft on my Arizona property, and a simple Omni antenna with a height to tip of say 50' and 500w of "juice" I get this as a projected coverage map (the map max's out at like 186 miles or something) [ve2dbe website]
