Need help with uniden 880 new board style

Ok i tried a 13n10 upgrade to a new uniden 880 with new board style... i smoked a part on left side only readable numbers are 44 on the end need help finding part number for Q202 slot on boatd to get back going...

since there is not a schematic for the radio it will be hard to see just what part it is unless some one has a radio in front of them. you might just call uniden to get what the part is.

The SB880 comes with an IRF520 already but it's bias circuit is fixed, so it's non-trivial to replace it with anything other than another IRF520.

I've tried and done different things to the 880. The output tune section is padded so much no amount of substitutions will get you anywhere. Best to adjust the gate voltage a leave it alone. The modulation circuit is the same as a 29. So dial-a-watt works here and helps the modulation. All the new Uniden/President boards are all the same.
