I'm curious, who did you contact for customer support? From what I've learned, there's no direct communication with anyone from Ranger at all... Just shops who state they do their warranty services but even then it's only what we're told.Heard Ping (owner) fired Eric Lewis over this, also supposed to be moving oversea operations to the states...who knows..but man what a way to kill a company, no engineering, no marketing and the support is terrible, but trying to say all their defective rt-1s are customer issues is bull..and they should have recalled these radios...
Still have my questions about the power supply "upgrade" though as well.
if its brand new send it back to where ya bought it. i would,ve tried that first..if brand newAnyone know where I could send my NEW 2995DXCF for repair?
