Noise Cancelling Headphones

Yes the issue on most CB rigs is the "sound" has to come from back of radio, where audio and PTT control must come thru the microphone plug jack.
Where most HAM/some better designed CB rigs have headphone jack on front panels.

When I made this post I was lacking sleep and didn't even think about that.

There isn't "noise cancelling" headphones I know of, just speakers with noise filters on them that do have headphone jacks but they get expensive. The West Mountain radio speaker has the better if not best DSP filtering but it's a $200.00 speaker.

The OP needs to be more specific if he's just wanting to use headphones or a headset(mic/headphones).

It is possible to rig up a CB to use a headset but it's going to take some ingenuity to do so.

An entry level Ham rig would be so much easier though.

So you want headphones to use in a noisy environment?

Go with closed back headphones. These are used in recording studios where musicians need isolation from other instruments. Look on Sweetwater music website for a good selection of studio headphones.

You still have the headphone jack issue which can be solved with an external speaker like the Cobra I posted or adding a dropping resistor in the headphone cable.

Do not plug headphones into the external speaker jack!!!

The headphones can be plugged into the speaker jack and a mono to stereo adapter will let you hear it on both sides. Otherwise only one side will work. Yes, the speaker output is capable of overdriving headphones. Just don't turn it up trying to use them as speakers. At the normal listening level they will be fine on your head. I have a Cobra 148 that I use as a station monitor with headphones this way and no antenna so I can listen to my transmit audio. Handy for setting mic level, I would not operate my station without it.

Thanks everyone for your input, it is def greatly appreciated! Slowly but surely I will learn more about this hobby. Currently running a President Bill, with a Wilson 5000 in my truck. Was able to get Baltimore Maryland and Butler Indiana last weekend. First two long distance contacts on CB, and boy can I tell you I am hooked!

It was the thing I was thinking about! Thanks for the answers in the thread! My apartment block is also very noisy, and I would like to use some headphones that would filter out most unnecessary sounds.
Now I see that closed-back headphones might be a solution. The ones from https://productz.com/en/turtle-beach-elite-800/p/KYgK look good, and I especially like they also have the Bluetooth connection function and I might use them with my smartphone too. I like listening to music, and having one device for my radio and my smartphone would be cool.
