I believe it's the same as the x-9, there's a blob to remove on the channel selector pcb.

Not sure if this has been covered but still figured it's worth contributing in it's own thread. I am simply demonstrating this modification for educational purposes only! Conversion to 11 meters is pretty simple but care is needed due to the proximity of wiring and connectors near the area...
More than likely it'll need a full alignment after conversion, the x-9 was way off frequency.
I like how the one at the right end has an expression on her face that looks like, "Do you ever charge your battery?"
