It might be a common cathode type display. They seemed to use those in the older 25ltd and uniden 66.

It's a common anode display with a character height of 10mm, just in case you decide to seek an alternate part.

A second source named Liteon makes, or made an equivalent. The red one is "LTD-482PC". Used to get them from Digi-Key decades ago, but it's no longer a stock item there.
