Like 99% of CBers likely just a shit talker... All big on the radio but a coward in public...
Actually I would word that different. That guy is not like 99% of all cb'ers. He is like 99% of these shit talkers you hear out there though.
Back when I was hauling rock to I-95 abt Florence SC at night, we had this guy that would get on the radio and do that same stuff. We tormented him though, we made jokes about him just getting it of prison and the things done to him there. Pretty graphic stuff so I won’t go into detail.
We got him pretty upset, poor fella. He actually came out by the road and threw rock at us and cussed at us when we rode by. Never shot at us like he said he would though.

uhh there is a guy that shot 2 trucks couple months ago in joplin. lawis still looking for that person.it might been somebody hoping to get him to speak up n track him down. i live about 30 miles from joplin n know about the shootings.was on tv n every few days it comes up on the local news
well through the day we got hillbilly on 19 bragging on his golden screwdriver skills and he might have a swr meter ,soldering gun n wire strippers all done from a junky old rv on the flying J parking lot.elsewhere i posted images of his unit.
here they are.he must have a zillion watts becase he pegs my meter 30 miles from himI heard Hillbilly at exit 11 he is proud of his self. This guy got stronger in signal around Mile Marker 16-17. I am Kind of fluent with crazy. This one just rubbed me as Extra Crazy.

Yes 2 truck shootings on I 44,another car shot around southwest mo, another truck shot at eve mo.they got that guy quickly and another shot near clinton.1 shot by clinton is a close friend.he called me minutes after it happened to see if i might have a side window for a 379 pete.i didnt but directed him to a glass shop n they fixed him.he called hiway patrol n they never replyed or showed up.
We have one of those here too he lives in Midlothian Illinois and goes by Dr. Floyd but we call him hemorrhoid Floyd. Constant DK along with music and ghost talks to himself about everyone using amps although he uses a 500 watt amp
