Ok, What the heck!

Yes, you got dead on, I have control wire with 8 wires in it. I used brown, blue and green solid and the white with brown, white with blue and white with green on the controller. I thought it was the same on the remote switch but instead of the white with brown I used the white with orange instead. The # 1 port was not switching so it messed up all the rest.

In my defence my eyes are not the best and the white and orange wire looks mighty close to the white and brown wire lol. I even checked it like 4 times before I noticed it.

I feel so stupid, I will tell everyone on the forum to take your time when checking for problems and not get worked up right away like I did. You can miss simple things.

Been there done that. No shame or finger pointing from me. I had the same problem wiring several studios together with dual 26 pair cables on each end. The damn colors were not bright enough to distinguish orange from brown.

All the extra work I did for nothing lol, I can say that the switch works great. I am glad I got it now and saved more than I paid for it not having to run five 110ft runs of coax.
