Old tube type Galaxy 5 ham transceiver. Not sure of the antenna(s). Looks like some multiband 10-80 meters vertical ham antenna. An old Butternut vertical maybe? An old 23 channel Cobra CB radio (maybe a Cobra 21) on top with an SWR bridge on top of that.
Lower pic is the matching speaker for the Galaxy which probably has the power supply built in it for the Galaxy. All mid to late 70s stuff. Looks kinda crusty.
On second thought the antenna looks like it has radials for it of a fixed length.
So maybe not a Butternut. I have seen them before but can't remember what it is called.
The antenna looks like a Cushcraft R7. This one in the picture is missing the Impedance matching box. I have no idea about the copper parts on the right though.
