Just over 50 years ago I had a job that included servicing Motorola "Pageboy" pocket pagers. They were about the size of a pack of king-size cigarettes but a little thinner, not quite as wide. By the time ten years had passed, pagers were a fraction of that size. Gotta wonder just how in hades do you hide any useful amount of explosive in a volume that small.

I'm baffled as to how they did it.

Just sounds like something out of the original "Man from U.N.C.L.E." or "Get Smart".

I heard that sometime after manufacturing and before delivery of the pagers, Mossad replaced the batteries with explosives. Turn on your new pager and get a surprise.

I suppose they could have done the same with the radios...

I'm assuming they knew the destination of this shipment? Maybe...?
